Harvesting and Classifying Data with Unassisted Learning
In the initial data harvest, Contrend’s sophisticated and highly flexible tech stack is able to classify content without any human intervention. We’ve programmed the platform to know what to look for in the data it analyzes. Which means Contrend’s able to classify content with up to 90% accuracy (depending on what part of the content is being analyzed) across text, video, audio and image-based content.
Next, Contrend’s NLP classification becomes even more accurate with a level of human intervention. Our team of experienced editors assesses Contrend’s accuracy of topic, tone, layout, and format allocations. Even still, we’ve taken a process that typically takes four or more days and are able to complete it, from start to finish, in about an hour.
Taking Machine Learning to the Next Level
Through this process of confirming data classifications and reclassifying others, Contrend’s system learns, grows and performs with ever increasing accuracy during future data harvests.
